What happens next

A person reviews it. We check your explanation and proof against the brand's records, together with the brand we act for.
We reply by email. We tell you what we found, or ask for anything else we need.
We fix our mistakes. If we filed in error, we withdraw our complaint and ask the platform to restore your content.

Proof that helps

Invoices or receipts showing where you bought the product
A license, distribution agreement or written permission from the brand
Original files or earlier posts showing the photos, video or copy are yours
The complaint or case number from the platform's notice

Formal counter-notices

You can also file a counter-notice with the platform itself. For copyright (DMCA) removals, that is a legal process with set requirements, and the platform may restore the content after 10 to 14 business days unless a lawsuit is filed. This form doesn't replace it, and we can't give legal advice.
