What we remove
Knockoff listings
Listings that copy your logo, photos, packaging or product design.
Fakes on your own listing
Sellers shipping counterfeit stock against your genuine listing.
Counterfeit stores
Standalone shops selling fakes, reported to the host and the payment provider.
How it works
Spot the fakes
Our AI flags listings using your logo, photos or design at prices that don't add up.
Build the proof
A person reviews every hit. When a whole listing copies your brand, the listing is the evidence. When fakes ship on your real listing, we order a test buy, at cost and with your OK.
File the right claim
Trademark, copyright, design or counterfeit, whichever the evidence supports, so the report holds up.
Keep them off
Relists and repeat sellers get reported again. Repeat reports are what get accounts suspended.
Common questions
Do you need a test buy for every counterfeit?
No. A listing that copies your brand outright can usually be reported as it is. Platforms ask for a test buy when the fake ships on your genuine listing, because they need proof of what that seller actually sends.
Do I need a registered trademark?
For counterfeit claims on most platforms, yes. Without one, we can often still act on copyright in your photos and product copy.
Can you file counterfeit claims against any seller I don't know?
Only when we can show the product is fake. Reporting genuine product as counterfeit breaks platform rules and can cost you your reporting access. For resellers of genuine stock, we use the claims and policies that work for unauthorized sellers.
