Common questions
Can you remove counterfeits without a test buy?
Often, yes. Amazon doesn't ask for a test buy when you report a whole listing that copies your brand. It does when you report one seller's offer on your genuine listing. Brands in Project Zero can remove counterfeit listings themselves, and we run that for you.
Can you remove every unauthorized seller on Amazon?
No one honestly can. Amazon doesn't remove a seller just for being unauthorized, and reporting genuine product as counterfeit can get your Brand Registry access suspended. We act where there's a real violation, such as fakes or materially different goods, and help you set up the reseller policy that makes enforcement stick.
