We file your Walmart Brand Portal claims

Walmart's Brand Portal is where brand owners report counterfeit, trademark, copyright and patent violations on Walmart.com. We get you set up, file your claims and follow each one through, alongside your Amazon work.

What we remove

Counterfeit items

Fakes listed on Walmart.com, reported with the evidence Walmart asks for.

Trademark misuse

Your name and logo on products that aren't yours.

Stolen photos and content

Your images and copy on other sellers' items.

Copied designs

Products that copy a design you hold a patent on.

How it works

  1. Get approved

Brand Portal needs an active registered trademark. We prepare your application and the proof Walmart reviews.

  2. File your claims

We submit counterfeit, trademark, copyright and patent claims with the evidence attached.

  3. Follow them through

We answer Walmart's follow-up questions and track each claim to a decision.

  4. Watch for relists

Removed items and sellers stay on watch, and repeats get reported again.

Common questions

Do I need a registered trademark?

For Brand Portal, yes. Walmart asks for an active registration. Without one, copyright claims can still go through Walmart's IP claim form, and we can file those for you.

Is Walmart Brand Portal the same as Brand Registry?

It's Walmart's version. It works differently from Amazon's, so we run the two side by side and report on both together.
